Bri also wanted a Chevron pattern quilt and I have not ever tried one before. So I decided to give it a try. It involved making HST (which is half square triangles) in the quilting world. There was a lesson learned. Avoid stripe patterned fabric in a chevron quilt. But I still think it turned out good. It will have one of the aqua fabrics as a backing. I am planning to quilt it this week. With the left over blocks I made a doll quilt for Addie. Total Pageviews

Brianna's Quilt
Last weekend I worked on and finished a quilt top for Brianna. She likes a modern quilt too. I ordered some fabric from the cotton & steel collection and the colors are really cool. Here are the fabrics...
